I tell you they are gorgeous, I can't wait to get my hands on
this release and start inking them up.I have many ideas
floating around in my head.
This must be a sickness,lol, to be thinking of stamps and what you are gonna make with them.

I made this sketch into a Christmas card, I need to start
stock piling them.So most every card you will see from me for awhile
will be Christmas. I hope you won't get tired of seeing them.

It's Fall Y'All...........Happy Birthday !

Hello Peeps, Time for another challenge.
Stamptacular challenge for this week is "It's Fall Y'all.
This week you will be creating a fall themed card or project
using traditional fall colors.
I know my project doesn't have the traditional colors,
but I used SU Autumn Traditions DP.
SO I think its ok,lol.
I created this project for my friend, who's birthday was Wed.
I had bought a couple of these garden baskets at the store when
they went on clearance and when I saw the fall bulbs, it was like
a light bulb went off.I knew what I was gonna give my friend
for her birthday.She loves gardening, so it all tied in together.
Her birthday and the challenge came together.
I picked up some bulbs, a pr of nice gardening gloves, some tools.
I remember seeing this watering card template awhile back and searched till I found it and just had to make it to go with her gift. The template can be found here>>>>>>Watering Can
I filled the can with some Swiss Chocolates.
The card was done using one of the sketches for the new Verve releases.

My friend was so pleased. She loved the project.

It was also made using my fav stamp set.

I just love this flower and have used it many times over and over.

Its so versatile and can be used for many occasions.

A Bird Sings ........MoJo 109 !

Welcome to another wonderful MoJo Monday!

I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend.
My weekend wasn't the best. I am still fighting the flu bug a bit,
but hopefully over the worst.
Plus my laptop has been acting up, running so slow, so much on it. and I couldn't get my Microsoft word to work.I had to do a restore and then I couldn't
get it up and running.Took me a couple of hrs to finally get it working.
I then backed up everything on my external HD, should have done that months ago.
After making sure I had everything saved,I started deleting some things
from my pc.
Wow, I didn't realize I had so many pics and folders.Took me another couple of hrs till I had everything done.
My puter seems to be working ok now.
Lesson learned....to back up more often.

Julee keeps designing awesome sketches to work with.
I had to move my center panel off center a bit and my circle to
the left to work with my images.So hopefully it will still be ok,lol.

Spooktacular Challenge with SSC!

Welcome to another Stamptacular Challenge.

Todays challenge is to create a SPOOKY Halloween themed card

or project.

I don't have many Halloween stamps as I don't tend to make many halloween cards.So I used some Dimensional stickers for my project.

I used SU paper and clear stamps for the sentiments.

I started this project early to have it done in time for the deadline but

had to ask Miss Cill to allow me more time to finish it.

I only manage to get it done under the deadline.

I came down with a terrible cold and have been feeling very yucky.

I am feeling a lot better now and hopefully over the worst..

For my project,I tried out the Easel card , its a very cool technique.

It looked complicated till I started it ,but it was very easy to follow.

I made a few changes and turned my card into a 5"x5'".

I also made a little treat package to go with my card.

I covered some minature hersheys with bits of SU paper.

Took a piece of CS and scored it top and bottom for my holder.

Decorated it with some DP, added a ribbon for closure.

Hi Everyone...
Today is Thanksgiving for Canadians and I wish everyone a very
Happy Thanksgiving!
I am late getting my card uploaded as I spent the weekend with my
family to celebrate Thanksgiving.
I went to Moncton to be with my Son,DIL and my beautiful granddaughter.
They moved to Moncton from Ont. and just bought a new home.
Its huge and so beautiful.
Both my daughters and their spouses visited as well.Its not often I get to see them all together.
I got to spend some quality time with my DGD Avery.I don't get to see her much as I like, and she is growing up so fast.She will be 2 in NOv.
She is so precious and very smart for her age.
I had an awesome time.

Today is also MoJo Monday and Julee has done it again with another awesome
sketch.What better way to celebrate Mojo than with a Thanksgiving card.

I received my stamps in record time this month and couldn't wait to ink them up.I love this wreath.I stamped it in black on ivory and then on orange paper.

I cut out the berries from the orange and pop dotted them onto the wreath.

Happy Holidays ,,,,Stamptacular Challenge

Hi everyone, welcome to my first Sunday challenge with the
Stamptacular Design team.
I am so excited to part of this team and can't wait to get to know them
better.
The challenge for today is to make something that "Pulls Out".
I decided to get a head start on Christmas and created this card for my challenge.

My project is made using an acetate front , so you can see the pull out card
inside.I ran the acetate thru my Cb using the swiss dots folder.
I used my nested poinsettia to make the flowers.

I am very pleased how this turned out.

Pull out card For my pull out, I used the classic frame for the red and cut with my CB.\For the back of the frame I laid the frame on the cream CS and traced around the outside of the frame and then cut out.
