ITs a few days late getting posted. Things have been very hetic.
I just got a few mins now to post my card and then I am off to the fire hall
for another catering we have this week.
This time of the year is very busy for us. SO much to do and so little time,lol.

The sketch for this week can be either round or square. Its up to you, if your Mojo is working , then do both. We love to see what you do.

Stamptacular and Sugar Creek......

So sorry both my cards are late this weekend.Its been a crazy busy and hetic
week and I am posting both on the same post.
I was gonna get them uploaded last nite but my my arm and shoulder
was driving me crazy.It ached so bad , I couldn't do anything, so I finally gave up and went to bed.Its a little better to night.
I may have to go back to the Doc and go for physical on it again.


For Stamptacular Sunday Challenge, the challenge was "Sew Special".
Make a card for some one special and use sewing some where on it.
It can be real or faux.The rest is up to you.

A Penquin Celebration.....

Hello everyone, today at Stamptacular we are celebrating World Penguin Day.
SO our challenge for today .....to create a card or project that reminds us of penguins.You can do this by using a image of a penguin or by using the colors black and white.
Since I didn't have anything with a penguin, I went the route of Black and White.I adore Black and white cards, I think its one of my fav color combos for cards.

I think this Jacket and the pocket watch are so cute.. She also gives a tut on how to create the watch.Since I didn't have the stamps she used, I did my own thing,lol.I had some pattern paper that had clock faces all over it , I just punched one and used that.I made my face my using 2 circle nesties.

Sugar Creek .....Cherry-Ful Giver

My card for the Fabulous Friday at Sugar Creek Hollow a day late.
I am using the SCH Sensational Saturday Sketch.
I was a little bit puzzled what to do when I saw the sketch , but looking thru my nesties, I found this lattice border and instantly knew what I wanted to do.
I then went searching for some paper to go with my Cherry-ful image and came across this piece of vellum from Websters papers.
I layered it over some cream cs, cut the lattice using the same cs and Voila , my card came to life.Added some rhinestones , cherry stick on, some ribbon.

I've had this paper for some time and this is the first time I cut into it.
I've taken it out many times to use but couldn't make it to work for me.
I found the colors to manly,lol.
But after creating my card, I have to say , I don't think my card looks manly.
I will be using it again .

Sugar Creek Hollow... Fabulous Friday

Hi and welcome back.
Today I am showing you a card for Fab Friday here on Sugar Creek Hollow.
For my card I use 2 of the SCH digi images.
I used the cross with the dove and the dogwood image.
I printed the cross off a couple of times, then cut and glued.
I printed the dogwood image and colored with Tombows to match my papers.

I used the SCh sketch for my card and some Webster's papers.

I altered a few things I purchased at M's.

The coupon folder was already red , so just covered it with paper,also covered a journal for a recipe book and then covered a magnet to match.
I printed the image off several times and then paper pieced it to match, added some ribbon, brown pearls.
