Week 4 Sketck by Jackie;

Used more of the SU papers, MS border punch,

Prima flower, ribbon from my stash.

Added some bling to the flower and some rhinestones to the border.

Week 5 Sketch by Sankari;

SU paper I bought last year and couldn't find till I dug among all my papers.Guess I need to sort my papers, been promising to do it but keep putting it off ,lol.

This card is for Week 2

Charmaine's Sketch

What an awesome sketch.

I used more of my new SU papers,MS punch for the strip down the side,

then threaded some WM yummy ribbon thru the slots.

A recollection pearl flourish, Verve sentiment to finish it off.

This card is Week3 Maureen 's sketch Again I used SU papers from the same pad. Yummy sheer ribbon from M's, some decorative snaps from $store, flower also from $store, added some stickles to bling it up. Verve sentiment, MS border punch!

Today's sketch is round or square,

and its designed by our talented Teresa.

I love this sketch and had so much fun with it.

I am in the mood for some springy colors.

Spring is suppose to be here, but you wouldn't

have know that here yesterday.

The day was beautiful , sunny, but windy,

and so darn cold.

So ,while dreaming of warmer weather ,

I turned my project into an Easter Card.

I used some new SU paper, SU stamp set,SU border punch.

Some yummy ribbon from Wally's.

Added some stickles to the flower to bling it up a bit.

MS ribbon tag.

This is a card I created for The Shabby Tea Room.

This weeks challenge is Bingo

To play along with this Bingo, you have to choose

Three Embellishments In A Row.

I choose Gems, Glitter/Glimmer, Ribbon.

I used VLV sketch and some new paper from

DCWV "Street Lace"

The Black and white paper is so glittery,

it doesn't show very well in the pic.

I also added some glitter to the centers of the flowers

on the blue paper.

Added some gems from recollections

and a yummy ribbon from M's, along with a prima flower.

                                   Here is the card I am entering.

I've been wanting to try a Lattice card for awhile,

I found instructions for it here......Lattice

I went with off white and a pop of pink for my card.

I used the Scalloped Edge Frame for my card, and then did the

Garden wall lattice.

Treaded some ribbon thru the lattice, added some prima flowers

and a Recollection Butterfly & rhinestone flourish.

I went with Pink for my pop of color, since I have a friend

getting married and this is her colors.

I sponged the edges with pink.

My birthday was yesterday, and I had a blog hop

with some wonderful people.

DH bought me the Grand Caliber for my Birthday.

Also a couple sets of the grand nestibilities(they are on the way).

He also bought me the Scalloped frame I used today on my card.

Plus, I tried it out on my new caliber.

Life Is good

Hi there, Time for another MoJo Monday sketch.
I took liberties with this sketch and flipped it .
I had found this paper pad at M's , for like $2..
Its from DCVW and its called "Tahiti."Beach Stack
So many gorgeous papers in it .
Because the paper I used had word sayings all over it,
I decided to flip the sketch, so you could read the words.
Also the blue sheet had an outline of a person surfing the wave.
So this is how my card came about.
So I then dug out my Verve stamp set with the surf boards,
sentiment and a wave outline.
added a bit of black ricrak and some black gems.

Hi popping in to change it up a bit and show you
a card I made for the Shabby Tea Room.

The challenge for this week.... "Luck Of The Irish"

with this inspiration pic, and you have to use green.

I don't normally make cards for St.Pats,but since I just got this paper

from M's a few days ago on sale and it was still setting out on my desk,

and I saw what the challenge the Shabby Tea Room was hosting, I couldn't resist not using this paper.I went with the Mojo sketch again.

Loving this sketch with the split panel.

I had bought several sheets and I got a couple of them for just 20 cents a sheet.Couldn't resist a bargain,lol.

I cut the flourish from one of the sheets, the shamrock from another, the outer strip from another,layered it with some matching CS,then added some ribbon.The sentiment is from Verve.

Hi and welcome back to another MoJo Monday.

Its the first Monday of the month and that means its contest time.

Julee has outdone herself on this one, I just love it.

Julee has also inspired me to purchase these butterflys embellies.

I've seem them on several of her cards and I just had to get them.

And would you believe it , we both used them on this sketch,lol.

Btw, I was in and made changes to my blog's setting and updated my editor.

I am not sure I am liking this setting.

Took me several minutes to find how to upload my pics.

Everything is in a different spot.

Anyone else did the upgrade?

Note Set.......

Hi there, just popping back in to change up the scenery again.
I did this project for 2 challenges.
The Shabby Tea Room and Verve's Fan Hop.



The Shabby Tea Room's challenge>>>>>.
Classic elegance with an inspiration picture and to use the colors
RED, WHITE (OR CREAM) AND BLACK .
I went with cream.
While searching for paper to use , I came across
these note pads and file folders I purchased at M's some time ago.
Since the pad didn't have a cover, I made my cover from the file folder.
Then layered on some black and cream CS. The cream CS has a shimmer to it.

I am also entering this for the Verve Fan Hop .... the challenge was to use at least one Verve stamp for your project.
Verve is giving away prizes again.
Julee has hidden a mystery prize on some one's blog, so be sure to enter and leave some lovin.
But wait , she will also be picking a random commenter from one of the Verve Fan hop entries, so go and leave some lovin, you may be the lucky
one.

I also found the pen and paper pad in my stash as well.

Gotta love M's dollar bins.
