Tray & Tiles

 

Hi everyone and welcome back.

Today I have a project I made and gave to a

wonderful friend for her birthday.

A tray Dh made, I got all the products at the store.

The tray was made using some pine ,a piece of moulding and some

peel and stick wall tiles.The handles are drawer pulls. I painted it all brown.

The tiles I also purchase at the store.

I stamped and colored them with Stazon ink and SU markers, then

sprayed them with Krylon spray.

Added some felt to the bottoms of tiles and tray.

Su ribbon, Verve sentiment, circle scallop nesties,

Recollections flowers, MS border punch.

Todays sketch was fun to work with,

For my card I used some new papers I picked up last week.

The papers are Kaiser Craft,The back ground was done using

a SU embossing folder, the nesties I used were  new as well.

They are Decorative Labels Twenty Seven.

I threaded a ribbon thru one of the smaller ones by clipping it.

Stamps are Verve's last release.Ribbon from my stash.

Happy ThanksgGiving to all my Canadian friends and followers.

I am cooking turkey with all the trimmings today.

My kids are coming up from the city to spend the day with Dh and I.

 

Welcome back to another MoJo Monday.So sorry I didn't get a card done for last weeks Mojo.

Time got away from me, with being so busy at work getting the store ready for inventory and

working thru the weekend, all I wanted to  do was just fall into bed.lol.

 

My card  came about using some papers from the Lost and Found Collection  paper pad.

Some nesties, Verve stamps and sentiment, ribbon from my stash.

I paper pieced the little pumpkin using some of the papers from the same pad.
